This is a hand-knotted wool area rug, not a printed or machine-made copy. Each knot is tied by hand on the loom by master weavers in our Bhadohi atelier, working in the Anatolian Oushak tradition passed down through generations. A single 8x10 takes months on the loom, and the gentle tonal shifts you see across the rose field (called abrash) are the natural signature of small-batch hand-dyed wool — never a flaw, always proof it was made by people.
