Details"TURKISH OUSHAK RUG - HAND-KNOTTED NEW ZEALAND WOOL, GREY - CAMEL - CHARCOAL NAVY
A hand-knotted Turkish Oushak rug built for rooms that need warmth without noise. The field is a soft dove-grey that reads faintly sage in daylight, anchored by a large octagonal shield medallion outlined in warm camel, with charcoal-navy motifs and ivory latch-hook detail at its core. Four tribal corner medallions frame the field, and the camel border carries a repeating stylized star-and-cross pattern drawn from Anatolian and Ottoman-era weaving. Natural grey-ivory fringe finishes both ends.
This is the classic Oushak medallion layout redrawn in a quieter, more liveable palette - the reason it sits so easily in modern traditional, farmhouse, coastal and collected-neutral interiors.

WHERE IT WORKS
Living room under a sofa and coffee table, primary bedroom with the front third under the bed, dining room sized to hold chairs when pulled out, home office, or a long entry hallway in the runner size. The neutral field is forgiving with layered textiles, rattan, brass and both light oak and walnut furniture.
CRAFT
Woven in the Bhadohi-Mirzapur belt of Uttar Pradesh, India, by weavers working the traditional hand-knotting method. Each rug is one of a kind - slight variation in colour, size and motif is the signature of a hand-knotted piece, not a flaw.
CARE
Vacuum without a beater bar. Rotate every 6-12 months for even wear. Blot spills immediately with a clean cloth. Professional wash every few years.
