Midnight blue ground, emerald palmettes, a powder-blue border: this 9x12 hand-knotted Oushak brings the 2026 moody-maximalist palette to a great room at true scale.
A deep indigo field scattered with jade and emerald saz leaves — this 8x10 Oushak is hand-knotted in 100% New Zealand wool and built to anchor a full living room.

The field is a saturated midnight indigo, worked over with serrated saz leaves in jade and sage, ochre rosettes, and cream palmettes that catch the light differently through the day. Framing it is a powder-blue border carrying emerald palmettes, small amulet triangles, and an ivory reciprocal guard band — the kind of layered border you see on nineteenth-century Anatolian work and almost never on modern production.
It's hand-knotted in the Bhadohi–Mirzapur weaving belt of Uttar Pradesh using the Turkish Ghiordes knot, on a cotton foundation, by weavers who learned it from the generation before them. No machine, no latex, no shortcuts.
