This is a hand-knotted Oushak-style rug in a soft sage green (celadon) field with a warm apricot border and an all-over floral vine of blush, coral, ivory, soft blue and deep wine. The drawing follows the Ziegler Sultanabad tradition — open, botanical, and airy rather than densely medallioned — which is why the pattern reads as calm from across a room and as detailed up close.
